New Hope Dog Rescue will have a display set up with adoptable dogs to meet on Saturday January 30th at PetsMart at Preston Crossing. Please contact Maxine if you can possibly bring your foster dog, otherwise please stop by and visit the booth and say hello!

Thousand Mile Challenge
Caroline Tait and her son Skender adopted a dog from us (Jack). They have decided to try to raise some funds for New Hope Dog Rescue, to help other dogs, just like Jack, who were in need of a second chance.

Thanks to Hound Lounge Doggie Daycare
We would like to thank the Hound Lounge doggie daycare for hosting a Christmas Donation Drive for New Hope. We received HUGE boxes of treats, blankets, toys, leash, collars, food, a giant dog bed along with some cash donations. All of these items are very much appreciated and the dogs will appreciate them too! The cash donations will be applied directly to medical bills. Thank you to the Hound Lounge and clients for a wonderful Christmas for the dogs!

New Hope Takes a Break over Christmas
Our director, Karen Machin, has asked that New Hope Dog Rescue be essentially shut down over the Christmas break (December 19th -January 04 /2010) to allow our volunteers a much needed rest and to ensure that our dogs are not adopted out as Christmas gifts. If you submit an adoption application during this time , please be patient and know that we will be in touch with you as soon as we possibly can during the first week of January.
