We have decided to once again have this year’s Mutt Strut as a virtual event.
The good news is, your virtual walk/run can be completed anytime, anywhere, even on a treadmill, starting April 1st!
With your support and participation, we can all still have fun, and raise money for dogs in need!
Enjoy a 1k, 2k, 3.5k or 5k walk/run with your furry friends
Raise funds to support the dogs!
You can fundraise up until the day of the event but please ensure your pledges are in by June 5th to ensure you’re eligible for prizes!
Prizes will be awarded for:
**Top individual earner (adult) -must raise at least $500**
**Top individual earner (youth) -must raise at least $250**
**Top Fundraising Team (max. 4 people per team) -must raise at least $1000

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL EVENT?
A virtual event allows participants to complete the race on their own. You will run or walk the race distance at your own pace and at a time and location of your choosing. You choose your own race day and your own starting line, whether it’s a treadmill, a park or your neighborhood street.
DO I HAVE TO RUN MY VIRTUAL EVENT ON JUNE 5TH?
No, you choose your planned race date. This can be as early as April 1st through June 5th, 2022.
WILL IT BE A SET COURSE OR ONE WE CAN MAKE UP?
Participants will be choosing their own route for the virtual event. It would be unsafe (particularly in these social distancing days) for us to provide a route that all could use at any specific time.

WHAT PARTICIPANT AMENITIES WILL I RECEIVE FOR THE VIRTUAL EVENT?
