Hickory arrived into New Hope’s care late Saturday October 16, 2021. He seemed to be doing really well. On Monday he was not acting like a normal 6 week old pup.

Early Tuesday, October 19, he was rushed to the Western College of Veterinary Medicine as he was lethargic and not doing well. Currently he is fighting for his life.

Please consider donating to our Guardians of Hope fund. 100 percent of all funds donated to this fund goes directly towards dog’s emergency vet costs for dogs like Hickory.

Update: October 20, 2021:We had to let our precious little pup go. It wasn’t the outcome we expected when we picked him up on Saturday. Run free Hickory, he knew love and kindness until the end.
