Joy

Joy came into New Hope to get a new chance on life. Unfortunately, one day after her arrival, the foster home realized she was very ill. Joy and her two sisters were immediately taken to the Western College of Veterinary Medicine’s Small Animal Clinic and were diagnosed with parvovirus. There they could be isolated and receive specialized care for the deadly disease.

Joy was released from the WCVM and spent 30 days in isolation with her two sisters and one other parvo survivor named Reba in a loving foster home.

She is currently searching for her forever home.

Donations to the Guardians of Hope program ensures we can continue to help dogs like Joy.

Update: Joy found a loving forever family and was adopted February 14, 2020.
